Availability: Wednesday afternoon/evenings
Ideal for those based in the Dandenong Ranges and Melbourne’s eastern suburbs.
Whittlesea
Location: Whittlesea Health & Wellness
Availability: Mondays & Thursdays
Ideal for those based in Whittlesea and nearby areas such as Mernda & Doreen.
Telehealth
Location: Australia Wide
Availability: Monday to Friday
If getting to a clinic feels tricky, or you’re not local, Telehealth consults are available Australia-wide.
Home Visits
Location: Melbourne Metro and surrounding areas
Availability: Tuesdays & Fridays
Ideal for families with young children, postpartum care, or clients needing in-home support.
Long-Term Health Support Packages
For those wanting deeper, more consistent support, I also offer long-term care packages.
These are ideal if you:
want accountability and regular check-ins
are ready to move past the start-stop cycle
need time to address root causes, not just symptoms
