I understand that sometimes you may need to change your booking, and that is completely fine, providing adequate notice is given. 

 If you are needing to reschedule or cancel your appointment, 24 hours notice is required. This allows for other patients to be scheduled in, hence shortening their waiting time.

Less than 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the value of the missed appointment.
