Returns
1. Overview
This Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from Nature & Nurture Co. By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy.
2. Return Period
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received the goods.
3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
In the same condition that you received them
Unused and unopened, in their original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods
Consumable health and wellness products (e.g., supplements, teas, powders, capsules)
Gift cards or downloadable items
5. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within the 14-day period via our contact form or email.
Provide your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide return instructions.
Items must be shipped back at your own expense, via the method we require.
Please note: As we work with multiple suppliers, you may be provided different return instructions depending on the product purchased.
6. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in good, resalable condition.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
8. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will work with our supplier to arrange a replacement, refund, or repair at no extra cost to you.
9. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind. Returns will only be considered if the item meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 3.
10. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Returns Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods are not of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
11. Split Deliveries
As some orders may include products from more than one supplier, you may receive multiple parcels. Each parcel will have its own tracking details, and in the case of a return, separate instructions may apply.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to our website. By purchasing from Nature & Nurture Co., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Returns Policy.
